Our Insect Study is continuing to go wonderfully! The kids are very excited to learn about different insects, life cycles, and the ways that various insects live. Our caterpillars have already gotten quite large, and we are eagerly awaiting the next stage, when they go into their chrysalis. We also take a bug jar outside whenever we go out, and look for insects in the grass and bushes. We have been talking about different ways that insects move and where they live and why.
Next Friday, April 26, is a School Improvement Planning Day. We do have school, but will dismiss at 11:50AM. Lunch is not served on these days.
